Namaste Solar Electric is a values-based, employee owned solar electric company dedicated to the betterment of the
planet by bringing clean, reliable, and affordable renewable energy technologies to homes,
businesses, and nonprofits throughout Colorado. As Co-Owners, we share in the risk,
responsibilities, and rewards of business ownership. Co-Ownership includes personal

Candidate Qualities
Namaste Solar is interested in hiring well-rounded team members that are committed to sustainability
and are passionate about solar energy. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Solar PV Installation Professional
Entry-level Solar PV Installation Position
Seasonal/Internship Installation Position
Solar PV Service Technician
Additionally, we accept applications for Generalists on an ongoing basis. Namaste Solar currently serves the
Denver/Boulder area with offices in both Boulder and downtown Denver. We are
currently seeking both Denver- and Boulder-based candidates.
The ideal candidate is an individual who is:
- Interested in a long-term career in the solar industry.
- Well-rounded and capable of assuming multiple types of responsibilities. We are looking for people who
can take on diverse tasks ranging from hands-on installation to customer service and project management.
- Values-oriented: Namaste Solar is dedicated to the betterment of our planet through progressive environmental
and social change. Our work is motivated by a desire to better the world in which we live. Our team members’
personal values are in alignment with ours.
- Positive and team-oriented. Ability to work well with others is of paramount importance.
- An excellent communicator.
- Self motivated.
- Comfortable working with technology and those with specialized skills such as website development,
IT, writing, or graphic design.

in the mid-$30s, plus a generous health insurance plan, profit sharing, and 6 weeks Paid Time Off
each year. The 2nd year salary is in the mid-$40s in addition to the above mentioned benefits.
